A coxswain (coxen or cox) is the member who is responsible for steering  the boat and coordinating the power and rhythm of the rowers.  All of our members get training on how to be a cox, and rotate into the coxswain position.  TMRC is hoping to find and train dedicated coxswains.  Watch the video to learn more about this important and rewarding position in the boat!
